NEW ZEALAND POLE VAULT RECORD. HASTINGS, December 20. Tod AVintor, New South Wales pole-vaulting champion, beat the New Zealand pole-vault record at Napier this afternoon, clearing the bar at 12ft OJin. The existing record lift 4 jin is held by AA T . J. Batstone, of Christchurch.
