Child films have become enormously popular in Russia, according to Mr Sidney Bernstein, the English exhibitor who recently returned from a tour of the U.S.S.R. Over 92 per cent of the aggregate of transport agencies and .omnibus companies in Britain have strict fules prohibiting employees from drinking while in control of a vehicle.
