CAIRO, November 13. ‘ There were 86 casualties, ineluding 65' policemen, as the result of riots in' which students, who mere celebrating Independence Day, demonstrated against Britain;In'an‘other‘ town there was one death and three casualties. ' The students delivered anti-British speeches, particularly attacking Sir S. Home for his references to Egypt in his speech at the Lord Mayor’s banquet in London on Saturday. The students, who were joined by the rougher elements, stoned the windows of the British Consulate. ' i There were several serious clashes with the police, who were twice forced to fire. ‘ . Egyptian soldiers have taken over control of the city and are guarding the Legations. v .
