A BACKSTROKE RECORD. (Received T.his Day, 12.35 p.m.) BERLIN, November 12. Adolf Kiefer, an American, lowered, at Breslau, his own 100 metres backstroke record to 64 9-lOsec. On October 23 he did the distance in 66 2-10 sec.
