GOLF.
THE ASHBURTON CLUB. Members of the Ashburton Golf Club will play a bogey match this week, the event being open M both women and men.
Throughout the summer a match will be scheduled for each week, commencing on( Monday and concluding on the following Sunday evening. This programme will be followed except in the case of special fixtures.
KIRKWOOD AND HAGEN. WELLINGTON, November 12, The secretary of the Golf Association has been advised that the tour of J. H. Kirkwood and Walter Hagen has been postponed till January.
