HOUNDS IN LONDON
THE LORD MAYOR’S PROCESSION United Press Association— Copyright) LONDON, November 10. A pageant of agriculture and country life formed the central feature oi the Lord Mayor of London’s Show. One of the exhibits in the procession which preceded the new Lord Mayor on his journey to make his statutory declaration of office at the Law Courts, was a pack of hounds from the Old Berkeley Hunt. Probably never before has such a spectacle been seen in the streets of London. Although there was heavy ram during the morning, which threatened to spoil the show, the weather improved when the procession began, and as usual the route was lined with vast crowds. Children were in the majority.
