ARRANGEMENTS FOR SERVICE.
ARCHBISHOP TO OFFICIATE.
ONLY ONE TOAST AT BREAKFAST

The Bishop of Loudon will open the service at the Duke of Gloucester’s wedding. While Lady Alice Scott and her eight bridesmaids walk down the aisle the hymn “Praise, My Soul, the King of Heaven,” will be sung. The Archbishop of Canterbury will perform the marriage ceremony. Lady Alice will promise to “Obey.” The Primus of Scotland will pray for God’s blessing.
The Archbishop will give a short address and will end the service with the blessing, after which the couple will go to the adjacent household drawingroom and sign the register to the strains of Mendelssohn’s “AVedding March.” One hundred and twenty guests will attend the wedding breakfast. The King will propose the only toast, the health of the couple.

BRIDE’S SEVERELY PLAIN
DRESS
LONDON, Nov. 5
One hundred and .twenty guests, mostly members of Royal families, will attend the wedding of the Duke of Gloucester to Lady Alice Mon-tagu-Douglas-Scott to-morrow. The service is expected to last- half, an hour. Afterwards the couple will appear on the balcony with their Majesties. The bride’s dress, of “warm pearl,” is severely plain, with long tight sleeves. A knot of orange blossom catches the draperies at the throat. A train four yards long is hidden by a. pearl coloured tulle veil held by a coronet of orange blossom. Lady Alice will carry ofchids and tuberoses. The bridesmaids’ frocks are of the same material and are equally simple. Folds of warm golden lame line the saslies, hems, and sleeves, aim coral coloured cellophane roses are caught at the throat by a wreath of seed pearl leaves on the hair.
The little bridesmaids will wear the same satin, veiled with net and with net ruffles round hems and sleeves., Cellophane roses run *ound the necks and lines of the frocks, wijth taffeta ruffles. They, will wear lace mittens and carry sheaves of tuberoses tied' with lame.

Nearly 3000 people attended the reception at St. James’ Palace when the Royal wedding presents were on view. The Duke of Gloucester, with . his fiancee, Lady Alice Montagu-Douglas-Scott, drove with the Queen from Buckingham Palace to St. James’. On arrival, the Queen, with the Duke and Lady Alice, walked through the State apartments and afterwards mingled with the guests.—British Official Wireless.
