KING’S FORMAL CONSENT (United Press Association —Copyright) LONDON, October 3. At the Privy Council the King formally consented to the Duke ol Gloucester’s marriage. The Queen and the Duke ol Gloucester spent tire afternoon shopping. Preparations are proceeding for decorations, and processions similar to those at the Duke of Kent’s wedding, which the Arrangements will closely follow.
