RESIGNATION OF MR KELLOGG. United Press Association—Copyright) LONDON, September 24. Mr Frank B. Kellogg has resigned his position as judge of the ’Permanent Court of International Justice. Mr Kellogg, who is now 79 years of age, was elected a judge at the Hague in 1930.—British Official Wireless.
