DIPLOMATIC EXCHANGES IN ROME. GREATER INTENSITY DISPLAYED. (Received This Day, 1045 a.m.) ROME, September 23. An official spokesman, says that diplomatic exchanges are continuing with greater intensity. This is interpreted to mean that Signor Mussolini will use M. Laval as an intermediary.
