Mr Carl E. Moller left Ashburton on Saturday evening for Napier, where he will attend the annual dental conference, which will meet throughout this week.
Mesdames W. J. Minogue and E. N. Johnson have been appointed to represent the Ashburton Croquet Club at the health camp campaign meeting in Ashburton to-morrow afternoon.
The Rev. H. S. Conway, of Auckland, secretary of the China Inland Mission, spent the week-end in Ashburton. He conducted the morning service at the Baring Square Methodist Church, and the evening service at the Baptist Church, yesterday.
