BIG LOAN CONVERSION (United Press Association—Copyright) OTTAWA, September 19. The Government has completed arrangomtns for bankers to convert four per cent loans, totalling 13.1,000,000 dollars, maturing on October 14, for a new two. per cent issue. No portion of the loan will be offered to the public.
