NATIONAL FORCES VICTORIOUS. (United Press Association—Copyright) ROME, August 28. A message from Bolzono states that the Italian Army manoeuvres ended at mid-day with the anticipated victory for the national forces, which stormed and captured Mendora Pass, ana cmis were able to train arfillery on Bolzono Valley, which was held by enemy forces.
