"You planned and executed a deliberate raid upon society, and your record would indicate that you decided to embark in a life of crime, ’ said Mr Justice Northcroft, in the Supreme Court to-day, in sentencing Albert William. Gauntlett to. three years’ imprisonment for breaking and entering Hay’s, Ltd., and' stealing £470.
Ralph Crosby, alias Treyor Foote, who was associated with Gauntlett, was sentenced 1 to two years’ reformative detention.
