Embarrassing provincial conferments of honorary citizenships on the Hapsburgs lias caused the Government to request a discontinuance of the practice. It is pointed out that the removal pf the Hapsburg banishment nowise re-opens the restoration issue. OPPOSITION TO RETURN. ATTITUDE OF LITTLE ENTENTE. BELGRADE, July 30. Affirming that lie has the support of Czechoslovakia and Rumania, the Premier (M. Stogadinovitsh) says he is inflexibly opposed to the return of the Hapsburgs, in regard .to which he has received tranquil!ising assurances from Austria
