NEW ZEALAND AGAIN WINS.

TEAM LEADING ON POINTS. MELBOURNE, July 30. .'ln the All-Australia Women's Hockey tournament New Zealand is leading in points. To-day New Zealand beat South Australia by 3 goals to 0. The New Zealand team was:—Mrs A- O’Connor, Misses W. Woolley, A. McDonald, A. Mackie, M. Gudsell, iU. bauson, Mrs H. Reid, M. Mclvenzie, it. Saville, I. Danlberg, ivl. Ootter.

New Zealand opened the attack, and the fast forward line did clever stick work. The first goal was scored after a short follow up shot by; Mrs Reid, and the second scored by Miss Dahiberg playing at left inner, in plpce of Miss Mackie, who went to halt-back. With the score at 2 to 0, at halftime, South Australia made a determined effort, but in spite of clever passing and accurate positional play, was unable to score. Miss McKenzie added another goal for New Zealand. Western Australia beat Victoria by 2 goals to 1.
