COMMUNISM IN BRITAIN.

LONDON, July 28
The Moscow correspondent of the “Manchester Guardian” says Comrade Campbell, delegate to the congress of the Third International, declared that Britain was now a centre of opposition to anti-communism. He said the membership of the party had risen to 7000, and the movement was extending its influence through the trade unions.
