Their Majesties, on arriving on the lawn, were met by many Royalties. They kissed Princess Elizabeth, who curtesied, to her grandparents. The King and Queen moved freely among the guests. The heat of the afternoon was responsible for innovations, many women wearing glare glasses and numerous guests bringing shooting sticks on which to sit. NEW ZEALANDERS PRESENTED. LONDON, July 25. Two hundred New Zealanders and 250 Australians went to the Royal garden party at Buckingham Palace. Sir James Parr presented to their Majesties Sir Cecil Leys and Lady Leys, Dr. Ada Paterson, and Mr George S’hirtcliffe.
