According to Captain Starr, of the Mamari, large icebergs are in the Southern Ocean, in the track of shipping between Australia and: the Cape of Good Hope. Five large icebergs were sighted near Crozet Island.' Their average size is estimated at 500 feet long and 70 feet high.
