THE BY-ELECTION
POLL AT LYTTELTON TO-MORROW ABSENT ELECTORS’ RIGHTS. (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. The Lyttelton electors who are absent from the electorate to-morrow, on the occasion of the Lyttelton by-election, may" exercise their vote pn making application at any post office outside the electorate. The names of such, people must be on the Lyttelton roll, and they must still retain their residential qualifications. Personal application is necessary, and residential qualification is lost if the individual lias resided three months or more in another electoral district.
