FINE FOR SALE CONFIRMED. (Per Press Association). DUNEDIN, This Day. At the Police Court this morning, Mr W. H. Bundle, S.M., confirmed lus decision of last week convicting Vivian Simeon Jacobs, a tobacconist, on a charge arising from the sale of a ticket in Tattersall’s sweeps. Cases against six others were adjourned till May 13 to allow consideiation of the question of an appeal, security for which was fixed at £lO 10s, plus the amount of the fine, £7 10s.
