Bundle, S.M., confirmed lus decision of last week convicting Vivian Simeon Jacobs, a tobacconist, on a charge arising from the sale of a ticket in Tattersall’s sweeps. Cases against six others were adjourned till May 13 to allow consideiation of the question of an appeal, security for which was fixed at £lO 10s, plus the amount of the fine, £7 10s.
