OBITUARY.
BARON GLADSTONE. (United Press Association —Copyright.) (Received This Day, 12.15 p.m.) LONDON, April 28. Henry Neville, first Baron Gladstone of Hawarden, third son of the late Mr W. E. Gladstone, is dead, aged 83. He was a senior partner in a firm with business in India, and spent several years in that country. He was for some time private secretary to his father. He was a member of H.M. Treasury Committee on National Guarantees for war risks of shipping 1906-8, and of the Committee on Irish Relations 1911, also of the Royal Commission on Indian Finance and Currency in 1913.
