KINGSFORD SMITH'S PLANS. AN ALTERATION IN DATE. -Per Press Association). NEW PLYMOUTH, This Day. Sir Charles Kingsford Smith has advised Mr S. E. Nielson (secretary to the New Plymouth Aero Club) that he 'will fly the Southern Cross with freight cargo from Richmond to New Plymouth on May 16 or 17. After a short stay he will leave New Plymouth for Mascot with return freight.
There is also a possibility that the Faith in Australia, will accompany the Southern Cross across the Tasman.
