DAWSON AND SON'S REVIEW. (Received This Day, 11.5 a.m.) LONDON, March 13. Dawson and Sons' report on the opening wool sales says: ''The Yorkshire trade generally is sensitive to the ultra-nervous condition prevailing in most commodity and financial circles. The slump in cotton does not improve the chances of wool, and the Japanese have reduced operations. Nevertheless strong hopeful factors may be effective in the near future. The pressing need is greater outside support. It is hoped that Russia witll return to the market at an early date.
