BRITISH EXPORTER'S VIEWS. NO BLACK MARK AGAINST NEW ZEALAND. (Per Press Association). WELLINGTON, March 13. "The British manufacturer quotes his prices to every part of the world on a sterling basis, and the idea that he puts a black mark against New Zealand for her exchange rate and loves the rest of the world for being in a smilar position is just too funny for words. It doesn't exist," said Mr David Jones, chaiiman of the Meat Board, who has arrived in "Wellington after a six months' trip to England. "What the British manufacturer, however, does see is that exports from Britain to New Zealand are expanding every year considerably, and in contrast to many other parts of the world New Zeaian d accounts are promptly paid, and there are plenty of funds in Britain to honour our drafts in sterling. ' On the quota question Mr Jonss preferred to keep silent, saying that it would be the subject of a subsequent report.
