NEW ZEALAND TOURNAMENT. AUCKLAND, March 12. The weather was wet for the fifth day of the New Zealand croquet tournament. In the men's LieutenantColonel Du Pre (England) beat H. P. Stratton (Hawke's Bay) who was captain of the Dominion team in Melbourne, 26-15. The other two Englishmen met in this morning's play, R. Poulter beating E. Ward-Peteley, 2610. In the women's singles, Mrs Healey beat Miss Washer (Patea) 26-22. In the level singles, Mrs Morgan (Manawatu) beat Mrs Jackson 26-10.
