Mosley, the Royal Commissioner, who inquired into aboriginal questions. Mr Mosley’s report says tliaj,control of the rapidly-increasing number of half-cast children is hopelessly insufficient. In certain parts of the north relations between white men and aboriginal women exist to a degree which is as amazing as it is undesirable. .
