REBELS IN FULL FLIGHT.
OFFICERS ABANDON THEIR MEN. EVACUATION OF DRAMA KAVALA (Received This Day, 9.45 a.m.) ATHENS, March 11. The Government troops that were advancing on Serres at dawn did not meet resistance in pushing eastward. They occupied Dexnirhissar. The rebels, in full flight, evacuated the town of Drama Kavala. Rebel officers arc fleeing northward, leaving their men to look after themselves. Three thousand troops were captured. It is reported, that General Kamenos is seeking terms for his surrender.
