WHISKY LITIGATION.
DAMAGES CLAIM ARGUED. (United Press Association— Copyright). SYDNEY, March 11. Legal argument began to-day on the question of damages in the whisky action brought hy B. Davis, Ltd., of London, against Tooth and Co., Ltd., but was not concluded. Application was made to reopen the case to enable fresh evidence to be tendered as to the sale Value cf Watson’s whisky but Mr Justice Halse Rogers rejected the application.
