FINE IMPOSED IN MEXICO. (United Press Association —Copyright) MEXICO, March 8. Mexico held an incommunicado for nearly 24 hours. Archbishop Diaz was released after being ordered to pay 100 pesos as a fine for violations of the religious laws by officiating at religious services outside the federal district. The Archbishop was exhausted.
