TWO SENTENCES IN LONDON, UNLAWFUL CONSPIRACY. . (Unifcftd Press Association—Copyright). .(Received This Day, 12.30 p.m.) LONDON, March 7. After 13 days' trial Frederick Rickards was sentenced to six .years' imprisonment, and Henry Joseph three years, on charges of having unlawfully conspired with Leopold Harris to defraud insurance companies in connection with the series of fire frauds exposed some time ago. Together they were convicted on 17 counts.
