SUPREME COURT SEIZED. SYDNEY, February 17. New Zealand’s mystery horse. Supreme Court, figured in a series of dramatic incidents yesterday. Unknown men forcibly took the horse from the Kensington stables of Albert' Cain while Cain t was on his way to Warwick Farm, and they are alleged to have assaulted Mrs Cain, who attempted to stop them from removing the horse. The police later found Supreme Court in Stables at Randwick. Finally a man, claiming to be the attorney for the owner, took possession of Supreme Court. The New Zealand gelding Supreme Court has been unable io race in Sydney, it is understood, because C. McDonell, who brought him here, failed to obtain a trainer’s permit. The gelding was entered for recent events, but

the nomination was rejected, though he was in charge of a licensed tiainer, J. Cain. It was thought the rejection was due to a technicality, in that McDonell’s name was given as tlie trainer in the nomination form. The stewards, however, have given no official reason for their action. It is stated that endeavours are being made to sell Supreme Court in Australia.
