Through the Manawatu Aero Club an entry has been made for the centenary handicap race with Mr G. A. Cadogan Cowper as pilot. Air H. Walker will probably bo the assistant pilot. machine will be a Miles Hawk, capable of 155 miles an hour. Mr Walker, is captain of the Manawatu Aero Club. Mr Cowper has had 19 years’ experience as a flyer, including war service in the Persian Gulr and Egypt.
