i HAMILTON BOROUGH. ! (Per Press Association) HAAIILTON, Alay 31. The restoration of the 10 per cent, cut in the wages and salaries .of borough employees was decided on bv the Hamilton Borough Council last evening. /The Alay or, Air J. R. Fow, in introducing the proposals, said the year had been one of remarkable success in the financial administration of the town, and in view 'of the general recovery of confidence, and the marked improvement in business conditions, it had been decided to reduce the rates and restore the salary cuts, and also to embark on additional permanent works.
WAIRARAPA POWER BOARD.
AIASTERTON, Alay 31. The Wairarapa Power Board decided to-day to restore 5 per cent, of the wages cut enforced on its employees.
