GERMAN PROFESSIONALS. ENTERED FOR BRITISH TOURNEY (Received This Day, 9.5 a.m.) LONDON, May 30. The "Daily Mail's" Berlin correspondent, reports that, for the first time in the history of German golf, two German, professionals arer taking part in a foreign tournament. They are Franz Bessner, of Berlin, and Bruno Beck, of Weisbaden, who are to compete in the British open championship at Sandwich, commencing on June 25. H. Kirk wood and Gene Sarazen have entered for the German tournament that starts on August 18. » QUEENSLAND AMATEUR TITLE. BRISBANE, May 30. The Queensland amateur golf championship was won by Jim Ferrier, the youthful Sydney golfer, who defeated J., Radcliffe, 3 up and I to play. THE ASHBURTON CLUB.
