PASSENGER SLIPS IN SCUPPERS. (Per Press Association). WELLINGTON, May 29. Last night, when the liner Mauooganui was- replenishing her fuel oil supplies, one of the tanks, the capacity of which apparently nad been overestimated, filled up and spouted crude oil over a wide area of the decks.
