CHILD KILLED BY A DRAY.
(Per Press Association). CHRISTCHURCH, May 29. Florence Kerr, aged five, daughter of Mr and Mrs S. Kerr, of Springston South, was killed by being run over by a -dray. Her father was pulling carrots and loading them into a dray. When the child tried to, climb into it the horse moved forward and she fell under the wheel, being killed instantly.
