AN AMERICAN PROFESSIONAL. (Received This Day, 9.30 a.m). NEW YORK, May 28. A Philadelphia message states that William Miller, three times United States sculling champion, to-day turned professional by signing to row in a special race at Toronto in August, meeting Bobby Pearce and others.
