DISCOVERIES BY MARCONI. (United Press Association—Copyright) ■ , ROME, May 29. The Marchese Marconi announces that he is developing new radio discoveries of a medical character, including a device "ter killing microbes in the human body;- and an electric knife which makes incisions without causing luemorrhage. The first device is the outcome of the study of ultrp-short-waves, which generate sufficient temperature in the human system to kill noxious microbes. The knife is attached to a dynamo, and is fitted with an extremely thin blade of high temperature, at the same time closing the arteries.
