WARM 1 WELCOME IN BELFAST. DEAFENING BEAT OF DRUMS, (United Press Association—Copyright?. (Received This Day, 11.20 a.m.) BELFAST, May 28. Orangemen beat drums at the crossroads as the Duke drove 12 miles from Stormont Castle to Belfast. Cheering groups stood outside every farmhouse and cottage, and the noise of drums was deafening near the city. The Duke received, an address of welcome from civic authorities and other bodies in all parts of North Ireland. , , The Duke expressed deep appreciation, and said he hoped to return in the not distant future.
