An announcement was made by the Minister of Finance to-night that tie Customs resolutions, which would be drafted following Cabinet's consideration of the report of the I anff Commission, would probably be presented in the House before the Budget was brought down'. "We want to let people know as soon as possible what is proposed," he said.
