GERMAN WOMAN'S POSITION.

Frau Seger, wife of Heir Gerhardt Seger, ex-member of the Reichstag, has.been released from the Dcssian concentration camp.
A London cablegram dated May 16, stated: An' ex-member of the German Reichstag, Hen- Gerhardt Seger, addressing the Jewish anti-German Boycott Council, declared that the burning of the Reichstag ended German liberty. Two hundred thousand w'ere now in concentration camps, in appalling conditions. Some were occupying punishment cells, known as standing stone coffins, in which they were compelled to stand erect for eight days and nights, inducing paralysis of the legs. Germany needed no permission to rearm. Tt was already done.
