WELL-KNOWN BOXERS. i LONDON, January 15. • - As the result of a wager, George Cook, Australian heavy-weight boxer, and Harry Mason, English welterweight, thrilled 400 spectators at a circus in the Agricultural Hall, when they entered a cage containing three lions and a tamer. Cook's broad smile was an outstanding featuro of the earlier part of the performance. Mason bestrode a lion and posed on a pedestal. Cook and Mason were photographed kneeling over another lion, which playfully pawed the'Australian, whose smilo vanished, however, as the animal loudly sneezed.Cheers greeted the boxers as they left the cage, but Mason said, "I would sooner fight Jack Hood for the championship." . <
