'(Received This Day, SUS. a.m.) LONDON, October 12, The United States Ambassador , to Berlin (Mr Dodd) has received instructionsi from "Washington to make energetic representations regarding molestation by Brown Shirts of Americans for failing to salute.the Nazi.flag. He will state that the United States is not satisfied with the apologies which are always forthcoming, but insists that the assailants be punished and the nature of punishment be communicated to him. ,
