IDEAS PROVE MOONSHINE. LORD RUTHERFORD'S ADDRESS. (United Press Association — Copyright). LONDON, September 11. Lord Rutherford, speaking before the British Association, said that though the atom had been split into at least eighty constituents, experiments had proved to be moonshine the hopes of those expecting that the . splittingwould release the mighty energy of nature.
