APPEAL TO DOLLFUSS
RID VIENNA OF THE "REDS." FIGHTING FOR A NEW AUSTRIA. LEADER OF HEIMWEHR SPEAKS. ■ (United Press Association—Copyright). (Received This Day, 12.30 p.m.) VIENNA, September 13. Two hundred and fifty years ago a Prince Starhemberg inspired the Viennese: to defend their city against the Turks. To-day the present Prince Starhemberg, the young leader ol the Heimwehr Fascists, standing beneath the statue of his ancestor, addressed 100,000 Heimwehr. He appealed to Dr. Dollfuss to join the Heimwehr and throw from office Vienna's Socialist Municipal Council. Thanking the assembly for honouring his ancestor, the Prince turned to Dr. Dollfuss and said: "We are fighting together for a new Austria, but as long as the Bolsheviks rule at the Town Hall Austria will never be. free. Join with us and run out the Bolsheviks. My Heimwehr will help you rid Vienna of the Reds."
