Sir Julien Cahn’s cricket team which is to tour Canada and the United States, was entertained at a 1 freak luncheon at Claridge’s to-day. The room was aranged like a cricket field. “Grass” covered the floor, and the tables were arranged in field positions, with the chairman and the principal guests in the places of the batsmen ancl bowler.

The . menu was like a score-card and described the luncheon as a “twohours’ match.”
