MANSLAUGHTER CASE.
CHIROPRACTOR ON TRIAL. Per Press Association) NAPIER, August 9. A chiropractor, J. R. V. Hart', faced a second trial on a charge of manslaughter in the Supreme Court to-day, connected with the death of a young man, Henry Gordon Aitken, it being alleged that death resulted through accused's failure to apply reasonable care and skill in bis treatment of Aitken. The first- jury disagreed. Tho evidence given at the previous trial is being repeated.
