DECREASE IN DUTY.
AGRICULTURAL LAND TOOLS. 'WASHINGTON, April 5. The Tariff Commission announces that President Roosevelt issued his first proclamation under the authority of the flexible tariff law that calls for a decrease in the duties on certain agricultural hand tools.
