ULSTER RAILWAY DISPUTE WORK EXPECTED NEXT WEEK (United Press Association—Copyright). (Received This Day, 10.55 a.m.) LONDON,. April 6. The railway unions and railway managers agreed to settlement of the strike in Ulster, subject to formal endorsement'bv the executive of tho union. It is expected that work will be resumed next week.
